A one to one session can often be all it takes to get you focussed and motivated to achieve your goals.  You may spend time reading training articles and books or simply climb outside all the time, but you still aren't progressing in the way you want to be.  Your friends can give their 'best advice' but you're never too sure.  Why not just bite the bullet and get some honest, expert advice.  Katherine is based in Sheffield and her nearest crags are the Peak and for walls, the Edge, Climbing Works and Foundry.  These venues provide an excellent basis for coaching but she is willing to travel to you and your wall or crag.
